Administrative Assistant-Executive Director’s Office-Harrison County

Gulf Coast Mental Health Center has an opening for an Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director.  The hours for this position are Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Provide administrative support services to the Executive Director
  • Coordinate grant development, application, and submission
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and other materials
  • Screen incoming telephone calls
  • Prepare and distribute monthly meeting minutes
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 5 years secretarial experience; with at least 2 years at the executive level
  • Ability to pass a background check as required by state law
