Chief Financial Officer –
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or related field. CPA preferred. Ten or more years’ of experience in a senior financial managerial position, with 3-5 years healthcare financial experience. Ability to work through people and processes to appropriately secure and allocate resources. Ability to lead and coordinate financial operations, not limited to, but including accounting, revenues, and financing of an outpatient healthcare entity. Knowledge of AS400 and QuickBooks preferred.
Examples of Work:
Execute the financial strategy of the company. Manage financial controls and accounting procedures. Ensure full transparency over the financial performance of the company. Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs. Effectively and clearly communicate potential risks in a timely manner. Propose action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained. Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans. Maintain speed and accuracy of billings and client payments. Coordinate and produce all tax documentation as required.
Nurse Practitioner, Psychiatric Mental Health – To work at the Crisis Stabilization Unit (CSU) in Gulfport and the Outpatient Bay St. Louis office. Qualifications Required: Valid MS license.
Clinician/Therapist, Licensed – Full Time Position. Master’s degree in a mental health or related field and licensed as: LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.
Clinician/Therapist, Master’s Level – Full Time Position. Master’s Degree in mental health or related field. If hired, must be approved by the Department of Mental Health for mental health therapist credential.
Consumer Support Specialist – Full Time Position. Ability to operate a motor vehicle and willingness to use own transpiration in order to access clients in their homes. Provide direct services, support, and education to clients including linkage to resources and advocacy within community settings. Maintain caseloads per policy. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in mental health or related field. Maintain current unrestricted driver’s license and maintain current auto insurance.
Program Assistant (Group Homes in Gulfport and Bay St. Louis) – Transport and supervise residential clients during planned field trips and appointments. Complete client progress notes in accordance with program guidelines. Provide guidance and support to clients as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by the Group Home Coordinator. Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED (proof of education is required). Valid MS Class D Driver’s License and insurable for driving. Prior experience in a residential facility desirable.
Psychiatric Technician (Crisis Stabilization Unit, Gulfport) – Part Time and Full Time Positions. Direct support professional to assist patients with day-to-day while they learn to stabilize mental health. Clinical supervision is provided by physicians, nurse practitioners, and mental health therapists. Qualifications: Proof of High School Diploma or GED required.
